Customer service startups will be able to participate in a new batch of MTS StartUP Hub accelerator


MTS invites startups to participate in a new accelerator batch. Best solutions will be piloted and implemented in the retail network, call centers and the Company’s Help Desk. 


MTS welcomes teams with finished products, the value of which is confirmed by practical cases and customers. The company is looking for startup solutions for the customer experience:


  • Intelligent communication systems with customers;
  • Trainers for onboarding call center or retail stores interns;
  • Solutions for analyzing offline store flows and data digitizing;
  • Services for customer experience improvement and offline and online service efficiency enhancement;
  • Solutions for automation and robotization of business processes in contact centers.


MTS allocates up to RUB 500 k for the pre-pilot preparation. The integration of solutions is supported by MTS experts in information security, infrastructure support, marketing, etc.


Applications are accepted until 8 August.
